Business Development Specialist

Compensation $56,493 / year
Research conditions in local, regional, national, and online markets to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for EOP Foundation.
Gather information to determine potential sales of services, and plan targeted marketing and outreach campaigns aligned with EOP Foundation's mission and positioning.
Collect and analyze data on competitors, pricing, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate the CEO's schedule to ensure timely engagement with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders to strengthen business relationships and explore growth opportunities.
Manage and maintain company equipment and oversee procurement of new equipment and supplies to support business development initiatives, client presentations, and promotional events.
Perform additional business development and operational duties as assigned to drive organizational growth and market presence.
Two (2) years of experience as a Business Development Specialist, Market Research Analyst, or closely related role.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent EOP Foundation professionally with senior-level stakeholders.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a demanding executive schedule.
Professional discretion and judgment consistent with working in a nonprofit federal policy environment.
Annual Salary
$56,493
